Testimonials

Pritam

“Paddy farming, getting our hands dirty in mud, laughing out loud, and immersing ourselves in the village life—away from the workplace dynamic with the team. This is what I call an immersive, real bonding experience.“

Itinerary

The Adventure Begins

The day began with a peaceful village walk through lush paddy fields, soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. We had a unique crab-catching experience, connecting with the land and its people, slowly immersing ourselves in the local way of life.

Next, we gathered with Vahini in the kitchen to cook a traditional meal, discovering the secrets of local flavors as we prepared it together.

After lunch, we spent time painting with the kids, sharing laughter and creativity as we taught them new skills. Their enthusiasm was contagious.

In the afternoon, Dnyaneshwar Dada shared his knowledge of paddy farming, offering us a deeper understanding of the hard work involved in growing the staple crop.

The adventure continued with an immersive trek led by Dnyaneshwar Dada, taking us on an offbeat route. At the top, we were rewarded with the breathtaking view of Maharashtra's first sunrise—a magical moment. It was a day filled with learning, connection, and unforgettable experiences.

Successful Immersions

Immersion 1

Twelve members from three different professions met for two days in the Sahyadri

The mission: Share different life perspectives.

Stay: A rice farm by the mountain.

Activity: Dnyaneshwar Dada introduced us to the paddy fields, revealing the farmers' lives, challenges, and the coffee-making process. We also tried our hands at paddy farming.

  • • Vinit, a research engineer, brainstormed ways to use technology for harvesting.
  • • Akari San, a Japanese team member, identified export-related issues.

And then what happened?

Magic of Village and Local Communities

Evening by the lake: We went on a village walk, painted with tribal kids, and cooked with locals. Fresh perspectives emerged, fostering mutual respect and understanding. Connection deepened with stargazing, games, and book exchanges.

Day 2: Trek to Kalsubai via an offbeat route. The cautious start (avoiding falls and mud) transformed into laughter and teamwork. Nature rekindled their childlike wonder, creating deep bonds.

Outcome: The team returned with local products and experiences, deeply connected as a unit, with new perspectives, empathy, and collaborative energy.
